Location: Baniyas, Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 5000 to 6000
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Representative to join our team in a dynamic educational environment. The candidate must be a native Arabic speaker with the ability to handle various administrative and recruitment tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes. Implement HR policies and procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR representative or similar role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and educational sector regulations.
