Position: BIM Architect
Experience: A minimum of 9 to 14 years of architectural experience, with at least 4 years of experience in Qatar.
Expertise:
– Proven expertise in architectural consultancy, particularly in large-scale projects.
– Design Skills: Proficiency in preparing detailed production design drawings and tender documents.
– Collaboration: Ability to effectively coordinate with SMEP (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) disciplines.
– Design Development: Capability to take a design concept and develop it into the detailed design stage.
– Software Proficiency: Expertise in drafting using AutoCAD and BIM Revit LOD 350, Preparing Power Point presentation etc.
