1) HR Manager
യോഗ്യതകള്:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years of experience in managing HR functions for large infrastructure projects, preferably with experience in Qatar.
- Lead the overall HR strategy, manage the full recruitment process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates for all levels of the organization.
- Provide HR reports and insights to senior management on recruitment, turnover, employee performance, and other key HR metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of Qatari labour laws, HR policies, and best practices in the construction industry.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent are preferred.

2) SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
- A minimum of twelve (12) years relevant experience in engineering, project management and execution of oil & gas projects
- Experience in Pipeline and downstream fuel distribution projects.
- Experience with CNG station an advantage.
- Experience with dense phase Co2 Pipelines and process equipment.
- Experience in mature field development including Water Alternating Gas (WAG) injection schemes an advantage
വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത
B.Sc. Degree in an Engineering discipline from any recognized University; higher degree would be advantageous.2. Membership in a recognized professional engineering and/or project management association/institution would be an advantage
