Position: Junior IT Staff
• Short Term vacancy only
• IT support for workstation setup, software installation, provision of network access and connectivity
• configure user accounts, permissions, access rights and storage allocation
• configure computers with operating system and required application software
• technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems related to server and storage devices
• troubleshoot network, desktops, laptops and server problems
• provide Help Desk assistance to end users
• monitor software, hardware, security and connectivity issues of the team
• should have knowledge of Windows servers, computer systems, printer and server based systems
• able to operate and provide end user support for Microsoft Outlook, Excel etc.
