ദോഹ: കരാറില് പറഞ്ഞ സമയത്ത് അപ്പാര്ട്ട്മെന്റുകള് നല്കാതിരുന്ന റിയല് എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് കമ്പനിക്കെതിരെ നടപടി. ഏകദേശം 4 ദശലക്ഷം റിയാല് വിലയുള്ള നാല് അപ്പാര്ട്ട്മെന്റുകള് നിര്മ്മാണത്തിലിരിക്കെ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി റിയല് എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഡെവലപ്പറുമായി കരാര് ഒപ്പിട്ടെങ്കിലും, കരാറില് നിശ്ചയിച്ച തീയതിയില് അവ കൈമാറുന്നതില് ഡെവലപ്പര് പരാജയപ്പെട്ടതിനെത്തുടര്ന്ന് കുടുംബം നിയമനടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. നാല് കരാറുകളും റദ്ദാക്കാനും, ഗഡുക്കളായി അടച്ച ഏകദേശം 2.5 ദശലക്ഷം റിയാല് തിരികെ നല്കാനും 300,000 റിയാല് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നല്കാനുമുള്ള കീഴ്ക്കോടതി (Court of First Instance for Investment and Trade) ഉത്തരവ് നിക്ഷേപ-വ്യാപാര അപ്പീല് കോടതി (Court of Appeal for Investment and Trade) ശരിവെച്ചു.
കേസ് രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്, രേഖകളുടെ കൈമാറ്റം, ഉള്പ്പെടെ നാല് കേസുകളിലെയും നടപടിക്രമങ്ങള് പൂര്ണ്ണമായും ഓണ്ലൈനായാണ് നടന്നത്.
