സ്പോണ്സറുമായുള്ള കരാര് നടപടികള് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കിയ ശേഷം പ്രവാസികള്ക്ക് ഈ സേവനം ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്താനാവും. ഒരു വിസയില് നിന്ന് മറ്റൊന്നിലേക്ക് മെഡിക്കല് പരിശോധനാ ഫീസുകള് മാറ്റാനും സാധിക്കും.
