Position: Admin/Operations Executive
Location: Qatar
Salary: QR 2500/- + Acco. + Transp.
Position Summary:
- Monitoring camp related matters including in/out, daily attendance, hygiene etc.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain and update company databases, Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Answer queries from employees and clients.
- Assists in the preparation of proposals, client presentations and contract negotiations.
- Managing vehicle and its maintenance.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. – Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Admin/Operations domain. Preferably in the Contracting/Construction or a similar fast- paced environment.
