ദോഹ: ഖത്തറില്‍ ‘ശസ്ത്രക്രിയേതര സൗന്ദര്യവര്‍ദ്ധക നടപടിക്രമങ്ങള്‍’ (non-surgical cosmetic procedures) സംബന്ധിച്ച മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച് പൊതുജനാരോഗ്യ മന്ത്രാലയം. മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന് കീഴിലുള്ള ‘ഹെല്‍ത്ത് സ്‌പെഷ്യാലിറ്റീസ് വകുപ്പാണ് ഇതുസംബന്ധിച്ച് പുതിയ സര്‍ക്കുലര്‍ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചത്. രാജ്യത്തെ (പൊതു-സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലകളിലെ) ലൈസന്‍സുള്ള എല്ലാ ഡോക്ടര്‍മാര്‍ക്കും ദന്തഡോക്ടര്‍മാര്‍ക്കും സര്‍ക്കുലര്‍ ബാധകമാണ്.
സേവനം നല്‍കുന്നവരുടെ യോഗ്യത, പരിശീലനം, പ്രാവീണ്യം എന്നിവ നിര്‍വചിക്കുന്നതിനും, പ്രൊഫഷണല്‍ അധികാരപരിധികള്‍ തരംതിരിക്കുന്നതിനും, ഓരോ വിഭാഗത്തിലും അനുവദനീയമായ നടപടിക്രമങ്ങളുടെ വ്യാപ്തി നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള സമഗ്രമായ ഒരു നിയന്ത്രണ ചട്ടക്കൂട് ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടാണ് പുതിയ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ നിശ്ചയിച്ചത്. എല്ലാ ആരോഗ്യപ്രവര്‍ത്തകരും ആരോഗ്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും ഈ നടപടിക്രമ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ പരിശോധിക്കുകയും, എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ചട്ടങ്ങളും പാലിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യണമെന്നും മന്ത്രാലയം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

This standard aims to establish a comprehensive regulatory framework that defines practitioner eligibility, qualification, training, and competency requirements, professional privilege classifications, and the scope of procedures authorized within each category. This contributes to enhancing patient safety and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice in the State of Qatar.
