Job descriptions:
– will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
– will be responsible for managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, talent management and strategic planning.
– The goal is to ensure the HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives and company policies.
– Must be well versed knowledge of Qatar Labow law.
– Excellent communication skills required.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years of HR management experience, preferably within Qatar.
– In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law.
– Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
= Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
– Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills.
