ദോഹ: ഖത്തറില് സമുദ്ര ഗതാഗതം താല്ക്കാലികമായി നിര്ത്തിവെച്ചു. ഇനിയൊരു അറിയിപ്പ് ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതുവരെ കപ്പല്യാത്രയും സമുദ്ര പ്രവര്ത്തനങ്ങളും താല്ക്കാലികമായി നിര്ത്തിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതായി ഖത്തര് ഗതാഗത മന്ത്രാലയം അറിയിച്ചു.
വിനോദ ബോട്ടുകള്, മത്സ്യബന്ധന ബോട്ടുകള്, ജെറ്റ് സ്കീകള്, ഉള്പ്പെടെയുള്ള എല്ലാ സമുദ്ര കപ്പലുകള്ക്കും തീരുമാനം ബാധകമാണ്. ഇനിയൊരു അറിയിപ്പ് ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതുവരെ, കപ്പലോട്ടവും സമുദ്ര പ്രവര്ത്തനങ്ങളില് ഏര്പ്പെടുന്നതും താല്ക്കാലികമായി നിര്ത്തണമെന്നും ഗതാഗത മന്ത്രാലയം ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
അതേസമയം അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര സമുദ്ര കരാറുകളുടെ വ്യവസ്ഥകള്ക്ക് വിധേയമായി, ബാധകമായ ചട്ടങ്ങള്ക്കും നടപടിക്രമങ്ങള്ക്കും അനുസൃതമായി പ്രവര്ത്തനങ്ങള് തുടരുന്ന കപ്പലുകളെ സര്ക്കുലറില് നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും മന്ത്രാലയം അറിയിച്ചു. താല്ക്കാലിക മുന്കരുതല് നടപടിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടാണ് തീരുമാനം.

The Ministry of Transport has called upon all owners and users of marine vessels, including pleasure boats, fishing boats, jet skis, and all other similar marine vessels, to temporarily cease sailing and engaging in marine activities, effective from the date of this circular until further notice, in the interest of public safety. The ministry added in a circular via its account on the X platform, that this excludes ships subject to the provisions of international maritime agreements, which continue their operations in accordance with the applicable regulations and procedures
