ദോഹ: രാജ്യത്ത് മനുഷ്യക്കടത്ത് മനുഷ്യക്കടത്ത് തടയുന്നതിനായി പദ്ധതികള്‍ ആവിഷ്‌കരിക്കുമെന്ന് ഖത്തര്‍ തൊഴില്‍ മന്ത്രാലയം. മനുഷ്യക്കടത്ത് തടയുന്നതിനുള്ള ദേശീയ സമിതിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍, മനുഷ്യക്കടത്തിനെതിരായ പോരാട്ടത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ‘ദേശീയ റഫറല്‍ സംവിധാനം’ (National Referral System) ആരംഭിക്കുമെന്ന് തൊഴില്‍ മന്ത്രാലയം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. സര്‍ക്കാര്‍, സര്‍ക്കാരിതര ഏജന്‍സികള്‍ തമ്മിലുള്ള ഏകോപനത്തോടെയുള്ള നടപടിക്രമങ്ങളും ചട്ടങ്ങളും നിര്‍വചിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഔദ്യോഗിക ദേശീയ ചട്ടക്കൂടാണ് പുതിയ സംവിധാനം.
ഖത്തറിലെ നിയമങ്ങള്‍ക്കും അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ക്കും അനുസൃതമായി സമഗ്രവും ഏകീകൃതവുമായ നടപടികള്‍ ഉറപ്പാക്കിക്കൊണ്ട്, മനുഷ്യക്കടത്ത് കേസുകളിലെ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിംഗ്, ഏകോപനം, റഫറല്‍, സംരക്ഷണം, സഹായം, നിയമനടപടി എന്നിവ ക്രമീകരിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് പ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യം. മനുഷ്യക്കടത്ത് തടയുന്നതില്‍ ഖത്തര്‍ നടത്തിവരുന്ന നിരന്തരമായ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗമായാണ് പുതിയ സംവിധാനവും നിലവില്‍ വരുന്നത്.

Its aim is to regulate reporting, coordination, referral, protection, assistance, and prosecution in human trafficking cases, ensuring a comprehensive and consistent response in accordance with Qatari legislation and relevant international standards
