കഴിഞ്ഞദിവസം ഞായറാഴ്ച രാത്രിയായിരുന്നു ബര്സാനിലെ പ്രാദേശിക വാതക വിതരണ കേന്ദ്രത്തില് സ്ഫോടനം നടന്നത്. സ്ഫോടനം അപകടമാണെന്നും ആക്രമണമോ അട്ടിമറിയോ അല്ലെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു.
